Customer Support Specialist

Our Customer Support team works to provide exceptional service for customers. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will assist with establishing new internet service and resolving questions and issues for existing customers. This is a full-time, day-shift position.

What you’ll do:

  • Use your excellent customer service and problem-solving skills to analyze situations and guide customers toward solutions
  • Clearly explain services and equipment options to customers, by phone and in person
  • Build and maintain customer relationships by listening, building a rapport, answering their questions, and resolving issues
  • Using tools and training that we provide, use PC-based applications to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace or upgrade various communications equipment

We are seeking:

Strong customer service, telephone, and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a courteous and professional manner

Able to work a full-time schedule during the hours of 8AM–6PM Monday—Friday and the occasional Saturday.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and inventory software systems preferred, knowledge of networking a plus but not required.
